The Innistrad League will be Sealed. The cost to participate in the League will be the cost of 6 Innistrad Booster Packs, a white 400 count cardboard box and a $5.00 League Fee. Each week, starting with week 2, players will be allowed to purchase one additional Booster Pack to add to their card pool. Players who sign up for the League late will be allowed to purchase all the Booster Packs at once to catch them up with everyone else.
-
The League will run for 6 weeks and then re-set and run for another 6 weeks. The cost associated with the League (shown above) will be due for each League. If you wish to participate in both, then the costs will apply for both of them. The first League will run from September 30, 2011 through November 11, 2011 and the second League will run from November 18, 2011 through December 28, 2011. Please Note: We will have a break the week of November 12, 2011 through November 17, 2011 to give us time to tally results and award prizes!
-
The League Rules will be posted on our website and on the Bulletin Board in our Game Area. If you’d like to access them via the website, they can be found in the Downloads section located along the left-hand side.

Sealed decks must contain a minimum of forty cards. There is no maximum deck size; however, you must be able to shuffle your deck with no assistance. There is no maximum number of duplicate cards allowed in the deck. (i.e. If you draw 5 of the same card in your Booster Packs, you can play with all five in your deck)
-
For the Innistrad League, Players will play matches using special rules. These rules are determined by the phases of Innistrad’s moon and they change every week. A list of the special rules are as follows: Week 1: Quiet Moon - The moon has no effect this week; Week 2: New Moon - All creatures get +1/+0; Week 3: Crescent Moon - Each Player draws an opening hand of 8 cards and each player's maximum hand size is increased by one; Week 4: Half Moon - Each Player begins the game at 25 life; Week 5: Death Moon - Each player may play an additional land on each of his or her turns; Week 6: Full Moon - All creatures have haste. Please Note: These rules will apply for the first 6 week League as well as the second 6 week League!
-
You do not have to play the same deck every time you switch opponents, or when you come in to play any game but you must keep the same deck during a match, unless adjusting from your sideboard between games with the same opponent during a single match. A match consists of the best of 3 games between two players.
-
League games must be played in the Store.
-
Official League Nights will be Monday Night; however, you are pretty much guaranteed to find an opponent to play on Monday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Please Note: You are allowed to play any day of the week!!
-
Each player can play no more than 30 League matches during each 6 week League and cannot play more than 5 matches per week. Capping the amount of ‘official’ matches per week to 5 is to ensure everyone has a fair chance at doing well in the League. Players joining the League late can still catch up to the current match cap. For example, during the fourth week of the League, a player joining can play up to 20 matches right away. Limiting the number of matches also helps spread out play over the 6 weeks of the League.
-
When each match is completed, you and your opponent will fill out an MTG Result Slip, which can be found on the black bookshelf located under the clock in the Game Area. You will only fill out one per match. Please date it, sign it (both players) and drop it in to the League Result Slips box located at the front register. Please Note: If the slip is not completely filled out, the result will not count.
-
League results will be tallied up every Friday night.
-
The League Standings will be posted on our website. They can be found in the League Standings section located along the left-hand side of our website.

If you are looking for a game, please feel free to post on our Facebook Page to let others know!

Sportsmanship is a must for our Leagues. We encourage everyone to have fun!! If someone is looking for a game and you are too, and they ask you to play, you cannot deny them a game just because you don’t like them, or because you are looking for an easier opponent.
-
All decks and card pools will be kept at the Store! All decks and cards will be stored in a 400 count white cardboard box with each Player’s Name written on top. Each Player will have an index card which will be used to track all rare cards. All index cards will be stored at the front register. When opening a new pack or before making rare trades, please check-in with a sales associate, so they can assist with updating your index card!
