Pre-Registration Details
Below are details regarding pre-registration for the upcoming 2013 Core Set Pre-Release Sealed Events scheduled for Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 11:00 am and Sunday, July 8, 2012 at 12:00 pm.
Please Note: We will not be accepting pre-registrations for the 2 Headed Giant Event scheduled for Saturday, July 7, 2012 at 6:30 pm.
Pre-registration for both Sealed Events will begin on Thursday, July 4, 2012 at 11:00 am and will end 30 minutes prior to the start of each respective Event.
The cost for each Sealed Event will be $25.00.
All pre-registrations must be done in person; we will not accept any pre-registrations or payment by credit card over the phone.
We will allow you to pre-register and pay for others but please be sure that you are both aware that by signing on their behalf, you are both agreeing that the pre-registration fee is non-refundable.
During pre-registration you will be asked to sign in for the day of the Event that you wish to attend (Saturday or Sunday). If you would like to attend both Events (Saturday and Sunday), please be sure to make that clear to the person assisting you with your pre-registration to be certain that they register you and charge you for both!
In addition to signing in, you will also be asked to sign confirming that you understand that all money paid for pre-registration is non-refundable. Please Note: Swapping days is not an option. If you sign up for the Saturday Sealed Event and can’t attend, we will not be able to reserve you a spot on Sunday!
Upon pre-registering you will be provided with a receipt. You must keep the receipt for proof that you have pre-registered and paid for the Event. If you are planning to pre-register for both days, you will need to be sure to keep up with your receipt as it will be required to check in for both days!
On the day of the Event, please do the following:
· Arrive no later than 30 minutes prior to the Event (10:30 am on Saturday and 11:30 am on Sunday)
· Bring your receipt
· Check in at the Front Register
If you are not present by 10:30 am on Saturday or 11:30 am on Sunday, your pre-registration will not be honored and your seat will be made available to walk-in Customers. As stated and confirmed by signature during pre-registration, there will not be any refunds if you are late or if you do not show up at all.
As with all past Events, any Promo Cards available for the Event will be handed out at the end of the Event!
